So I realized today that I have been called alot of things in my life. Stop thinking I mean something bad by that. What I mean is that as I have moved through the many phases of life, my friends always had a nickname for me. Beata, Elly, MEB, MEBA, MEA (pronounced Me-a), M-E-A (stated letters) and I think finally, Mary Ellen. Never have I been called Mary, except by my boss at HOMS and that was only once. I was thinking about this today because it was my Mom's birthday and when we sang to her, we all sang "Grandma" when in actuality, she was a Mom, Aunt, Sister, Grandma and wife (probably daughter in spirit) It made me realize that in life, you are alot of things.
